Great fit

Love the fit and the look-has a premium look to it. It isn't as flexible as the Recycled Performance but it is still very comfortable and has a higher quality look to it. Need to iron it though

Too short

Good fabric, but the shirt length is too short- it’s hard for it to remain tucked in as a dress shirt. For reference, I am 6’-3”, 225 lbs and wear a Banana Republic XL, I ordered XL for this shirt too- the fit is more like a slim fit, but too short. Good fabric though.

Great products, even better customer service

I ordered some shirts but they were a little too snug. I emailed customer service to help me exchange them, thing was that I needed the new shirts within a week. I got an email with my new order within 3 hours of sending out the original exchange email, and Brandi (my customer service rep) let me know that she sent it out with expedited shipping for me. I just got my new shirts and they're great. I definitely recommend them, especially at this price

Excellent basics - great wrinkle resistance

I used to rely heavily on Banana Republic Factory for my basic dress shirts for work. I work in a field where my shirts need to breath, can't take too long to iron after the laundry and are inexpensive enough that it's not a huge deal when they're destroyed. These check every box plus I can feel better about how their made and sourced. The material is soft, high quality cotton and as soon as the steam touches them the wrinkles melt away to the point the shirts look ironed. At $40 a piece plus a discount when you order multiples I'll literally never order from anywhere again. The sleeves are ever so slightly long on me but the collar is perfectly sized. I wear a small and tend to find the collars on most small dress shirts to be tight but these are perfect.
