First, the customer service has been top notch! When I received my sheets and washed them initially, they just didn't live up to my expectations as they seemed to lose some of their "softness". However, after speaking with customer service, they were quick to offer me an exchange and do whatever they could to make it right. They quickly sent out a new set of sheets, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase now! The sheets are amazing and after a few nights, have not disappointed. While the experience has been up and down, the customer service has been outstanding and will likely bring me back for my next set of sheets in the future.

The color comes off while sleeping

I wish I could give these sheets a good review but every morning I wake up and there is more color that has disappeared from the pillowcase and fitted sheets. I thought it was just a quality issue with my particular set so I emailed customer service and they were so ice and sent me another set of pillowcases for free. It happened with those as week and then the fitted sheet. I don’t wear anything harsh on my face and mostly sleep on my back. I’m bummed because I basically threw my money down the toilet with this purchase
